John Haynie, CFO at MUY! Companies: We have 772 restaurants. We’re in three different brands – Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.

oneVIEW is a good fit for our organization because of the efficiencies it creates. It’s allowed us to get data electronically whereas we used to do it through spreadsheets. It’s allowed us to actually reduce our staff through by creating those efficiencies.

There are always key-punch errors when you’re using spreadsheets, so it’s eliminated spreadsheets. It’s allowed us to get the information more accurately.

It has allowed us to cut our G&A. It has allowed us to be able to analyze the data better because we’re getting it in a more timely fashion.

The benefits we get from onePAY are that it allows us to process a lot more invoices quicker. It has changed the way that we look at accounts payable and the three brands that we’ve got.

We used to have an accounts payable person to handle each brand. onePAY has allowed us to look at it as one big brand. So, it’s allowed us to be able to process those invoices by one person processing all brands, and it has allowed us to make better use of our personnel.

We do a better job of getting back to vendors quicker. It’s allowed us to analyze our costs better because we spend less time processing invoices, and it allows them to be able to look more closely at how things are being paid.

We’re not doing a lot of manual tasks, and we’re doing you know doing more electronically. We’ve got one person that’s able to process an average of three to four hundred invoices a day.

They do a good job of responding back to us. They’re always quick to respond, and they usually get it right.
